Calvin Luttrell
CEO & Founder
Calvin started writing software at 19, before the dot-com bust gave anyone reason to wonder if it was a career path. By the time he founded ProjectThunder in 2004 he'd already shipped enough commerce work to be opinionated about how it should be done. He'd also been around enough agencies that didn't read their email to insist on building one that did.
Twenty years later, that's still the line he holds the studio to. Every project gets a senior on it from day one, not a project manager between you and the actual maker. Every engagement runs on the framework he developed early: reduce risk, communicate consistently, treat the work like it's the studio's own venture. The proactive approach the rest of the team builds on today started as how Calvin ran his own desk.
Today he's hands-on across Sana Commerce, BigCommerce, DynamicWeb, .NET MAUI, and the agentic AI systems the studio now builds for clients who want their internal teams to move faster. He runs the studio's own infrastructure, writes the brand voice himself, and operates with the same lightning-and-thunder ethic the name suggests: precise, present, and impossible to ignore.
Christin Luttrell
CFO
Christin keeps the business operations running smoothly as our CFO at ProjectThunder. Her interpersonal skills create an environment where sharing ideas and keeping everyone on the same page is par for the course.
Christin's extensive business background and attention to detail have made a monumental impact on our ability to perform — her dedication has saved clients thousands by finding more efficient means whenever possible. Her enthusiasm led her to become proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (the modern evolution of Dynamics NAV), where she continues to find capabilities of the platform that translate into real client savings. A jack of all trades, she shares a passion for dancing and painting, puts her nutrition certification to use cooking foods that promote a healthy lifestyle, and happens to be the creator of one of the best hot sauces ever known to man — just saying.
Criselda Cac
UI / UX
As the lead designer for ProjectThunder, Criselda genuinely enjoys the creative process. Her ability to add functionality and aesthetic value to an existing foundation is unusually strong. Her toolkit has evolved with the industry — Figma for UI/UX and prototyping, the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for asset work, and a sharp focus on accessibility and design systems — turning code into the masterpiece that is your company’s representation.
Her process begins by grasping each client's vision and developing a concept that will allow for a successful launch or rebranding. Her artistic background keeps our clients' sites easy to navigate and visually current — modern type, intentional motion, and responsive layouts that hold up from phone to ultrawide. In her free time she enjoys film-making, media development, editing, sculpture, and painting.
Edrian Luna
Full Stack & Mobile Dev
Edrian Luna is a senior .NET MAUI and ASP.NET Core developer here at ProjectThunder and has been with the company for several years. His skills span .NET 10 / ASP.NET Core, .NET MAUI for cross-platform mobile (and the Xamarin codebases it succeeded), native Android and iOS, REST and minimal-API services, and Azure-hosted backends — which makes him a natural fit for migrating legacy mobile codebases forward and shipping the back-office services that go with them.
Edrian holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from FEU Institute of Technology, and we're fortunate to have him as part of ProjectThunder.
Myleen Ganuza
Full Stack Web Dev
Myleen Ganuza is a full-stack web application developer here at ProjectThunder, currently residing in Manila, PH. She's been in the web-dev industry since 2013 and works across PHP and C# / ASP.NET Core, with comfort on both sides of the wire — modern HTML and CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript, REST APIs, and the build / deploy pipelines that hold it all together. When she builds a site she's attentive to details and strives for the very best in her work.
Myleen enjoys work that challenges her and pushes her to learn something new — she goes out of her way to stay on top of changes in technology so she's well-suited to complete any project that comes her way. Myleen is a tremendous asset to our team.
Reggie Tapan
Full Stack Developer
Reggie Tapan is an accomplished full-stack developer with an extensive background that spans full-stack web, Android, and iOS — now working primarily in .NET MAUI for cross-platform mobile (the modern successor to his Xamarin-certified work) alongside ASP.NET Core for the services behind the apps.
He holds a B.S. in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science from the Universidad de Manila, and has shipped notable projects with ProjectThunder over the years — including our work on the Vera Bradley site. One of his favorite past projects was a third-party crew-management app for United Airlines flight attendants.
In his spare time Reggie is sharpening his Azure skills (cloud-deployed .NET stacks are his current focus), spending time with his fiancée, and unwinding with anime and manga. He's a perfect team player and a diligent member of ProjectThunder.
Rodel Abapo
QA Specialist
Rodel Abapo is our QA lead at ProjectThunder. He has a background in software support engineering and software testing, and is a graduate (full-ride scholar) of De La Salle College of Saint Benilde. Rodel covers both manual and automated QA — exploratory passes for the things that don't yet have rules, and growing regression suites that lock in the things that do — so each release ships with steady coverage instead of last-minute heroics.
Rodel has an exceptional project history — games, e-commerce sites, mobile applications, and a wide variety of software programs around the world. He shines through his work ethic and is a deeply loyal team member through every project. Outside of work he enjoys video games and basketball. We're privileged to have found Rodel and to work with him.
